March 25, 2026

KKR FS Income Trust Select disclosed that it issued and sold roughly 769,074 Class I common shares in early March 2026 for aggregate proceeds of approximately $19.534 million. The final share count was determined on March 20, 2026, following the execution of subscription agreements with participating investors.
Ongoing Private Offering
The share sale was conducted as part of the trust’s ongoing continuous private offering, which is authorized to raise up to $5.0 billion in total. The offering relies on exemptions from public registration requirements under federal securities law, with each participating investor representing that they meet the accredited investor standard.
As of the date of the disclosure, the trust has issued a cumulative total of approximately 39.2 million Class I shares since the private offering began, generating total consideration of roughly $997.8 million. Those figures exclude any shares issued through the company’s distribution reinvestment plan. The trust intends to continue selling shares on a monthly basis.
Net Asset Value Update
The company also reported that its net asset value per Class I share stood at $25.40 as of February 28, 2026. On that same date, aggregate net assets across the trust totaled approximately $1.008 billion, marking a significant milestone for the Philadelphia-based vehicle.
Part Of A Growing KKR Platform
KKR FS Income Trust Select is a Delaware-incorporated entity classified as an emerging growth company. It is part of the broader KKR investment platform. The filing was signed by Stephen S. Sypherd, the trust’s General Counsel and Secretary.
The trust operates as a sibling vehicle to KKR FS Income Trust, which recently declared a monthly dividend of $0.225 per share for its own common shareholders. Together, the two trusts represent KKR’s growing footprint in income-focused investment products aimed at qualified investors.
With nearly $1 billion raised and a $5 billion ceiling still well ahead, KKR FS Income Trust Select appears positioned for continued growth as it executes on its monthly share issuance strategy.
