StepStone Private Credit Fund Adds $211.6 Million as Monthly Raises Continue
The fund set a 54-cent quarterly payout and pegged its June net asset value at $25.83 per share, a figure it stressed remains a preliminary estimate.
July 21, 2026

StepStone Private Credit Fund LLC sold roughly 8.19 million unregistered shares for aggregate consideration of $211.6 million, the latest monthly installment in a continuous private offering that has now raised close to $2.9 billion.
The New York fund dated the sale as of July 1, 2026, and set the final share count on July 21. The transaction extends the steady monthly issuance cadence the fund has kept up, following its June share sale, as it works through a $10 billion offering that remains open on a continuous basis.
June Valuation Marked as Preliminary
As of June 30, the fund reported a net asset value of $25.83 per share and aggregate net asset value of about $2.77 billion. It valued its investment portfolio at roughly $3.80 billion and carried $1.14 billion of debt at principal.
The fund cautioned that all of these June 30 figures are preliminary estimates, subject to its customary quarter-end closing and review. It warned that final results could differ materially from what it reported here, and from the numbers that will appear in its second-quarter report.
Income and Distribution
The fund also disclosed preliminary net investment income of 51 cents per share for the three months ended June 30, calculated on weighted average shares outstanding.
Separately, it confirmed the size of a second-quarter distribution its board declared on May 7: 54 cents per share, payable July 31 to holders of record as of June 29. Shareholders can take the payout in cash or reinvest it through the fund’s reinvestment plan.
Offering Remains Open
To date the fund has issued about 111.1 million shares for total consideration near $2.9 billion. That tally excludes shares issued under its reinvestment plan and does not reflect buybacks made through its discretionary quarterly repurchase program. The fund said it intends to keep selling shares each month.
Chief Financial Officer Joseph Cambareri signed the report.
