Blackstone’s BXPE Raises $740 Million as Flagship PE Vehicle Approaches $17.6 Billion NAV
The fund’s tax-exempt feeder vehicle continues funneling institutional and non-U.S. capital into the flagship structure, a sign of steady demand even as BXPE matures past its early fundraising phase.

Blackstone Private Equity Strategies Fund L.P. and its tax-exempt feeder vehicle, Blackstone Private Equity Strategies Fund (TE) L.P., sold a combined $740 million in unregistered limited partnership units on July 1, 2026, according to a Form 8-K filed with the SEC. The flagship fund, known as BXPE U.S., accounted for $586.4 million of that total, while the Feeder brought in $153.6 million, most of which flowed into BXPE U.S. Class I units.
The sales were finalized on July 22, 2026, once the funds calculated their Transactional Net Asset Value as of the June 30, 2026 month-end.
Pricing Across Unit Classes
Pricing varied by unit class: BXPE U.S.’s Series I units priced at $39.01, Class S at $38.19, Class D at $38.68 and Class N at $30.79, while the Feeder’s classes priced modestly lower across the board.
Program-Wide Scale
The filing also disclosed that BXPE U.S.’s aggregate Transactional NAV stood at approximately $17.6 billion as of the June 30 measurement date, with the broader BXPE Fund Program — which includes parallel vehicles investing alongside the registrants — reaching roughly $25.3 billion. The program raised approximately $1.1 billion in total interests across its structure on the same July 1 closing date, underscoring the scale Blackstone’s semi-liquid private equity platform has reached since its retail-oriented launch.
The offering continues to be sold exclusively to accredited investors who also qualify as qualified purchasers, exempt from registration under Regulation D and Section 4(a)(2) of the Securities Act. The Feeder’s structure — designed for tax-exempt and non-U.S. investors — reflects a now-standard approach among large alternative asset managers building semi-liquid vehicles that need to accommodate varied investor tax profiles without fragmenting the underlying investment pool.
