Campbell Fund Trust Completes $4.5M Private Equity Sale Across Multiple Series
On August 31, Campbell Fund Trust raised approximately $4.5 million through a private sale of equity units to new and existing investors. The sale took place across three fund series—Series A, Series D, and Series W—with each receiving a different share of the total capital raised.
Series A brought in the largest portion at $2.88 million. Series D followed with $1.12 million , and Series W accounted for $495,000. All investments were made in cash and structured as Units of Beneficial Interest.
The offering wasn’t registered with the SEC. Instead, Campbell used an exemption under Regulation D—an approach that allows funds to raise capital privately, provided they meet specific conditions. This route is designed for situations where securities are offered to a limited pool of accredited investors, without the need for a public listing or broader solicitation.
