September 28, 2026

Two Apollo-sponsored vehicles, Apollo Infrastructure Company LLC and Apollo Asset Backed Credit Company LLC, reported another month of private share sales alongside fresh per-share values as of August 31, 2026. The asset-backed credit company also declared its next round of distributions.
Both companies sold shares as of September 1 to third-party investors. Final share counts were set on September 25, the same day each operating manager determined its transactional net asset value, the price at which each company sells its shares. The sales were made privately under Section 4(a)(2), relying on Regulation D for accredited investors and Regulation S for non-U.S. investors.
