ALTS Capital
ALTS Capital is an early-stage investment platform that provides seed capital to startups across the United States and in selected markets across North America. Its accredited-investor members invest in founders and mentor them, and the firm helps growing companies reach venture capital, private equity, family office and high-net-worth investors.
Its accelerator, ALTS Capital Labs, is based in Boston's Financial District. It runs a six-week program of online master classes and workshops covering corporate finance, go-to-market strategy, branding, negotiation and legal strategy. The program includes one-on-one mentoring and ends with a DemoDay that introduces companies to investors. ALTS Capital also hosts virtual DemoDays, the ALTS Capital Summit and the membership-based Founders Club.
The firm is led by Geoff Marcus, President, Publisher and Editor-in-Chief. Marcus has more than 25 years of senior management experience and co-founded SPRK Investor Network and the Context Summits alternative investment conference series.
