Blue Capital Solutions is a third-party distribution firm that helps alternative investment sponsors raise capital through independent broker-dealers and registered investment advisors. Founder Erica Blue has raised and transacted more than $1 billion in alternative investments since 2010, and has spent over 15 years building relationships with alternatives-focused financial advisors.

The firm works across Delaware Statutory Trusts, Qualified Opportunity Zone funds, private REITs and other tax-advantaged structures. Its services cover advisor engagement, roadshows, due diligence forums and webinars, metrics-driven sales execution, and brand-aligned marketing. It also supports investor relations and closings, from subscription documents and custodial procedures through closing logistics.

Erica Blue holds a Master's in Real Estate, with a concentration in Development, from Georgetown University. Securities are offered through Arete Wealth Management, LLC, a FINRA and SIPC member.
