Robert A. Stanger & Company, Inc., known as Stanger Investment Banking, is an independent investment banking firm founded in 1978. It works in real estate and alternative investments, and its core work is valuation and transaction advisory for leading investment firms and institutional investors. The firm is based in Shrewsbury, New Jersey, and is a FINRA and SIPC member.

Its services cover investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, real estate appraisals and debt valuation, securities valuation, product distribution consulting and litigation support. Stanger also publishes research on the alternatives market, including The Stanger Report, Stanger Market Pulse, Stanger Alt Street Journal and Stanger Privates.
