Now in its seventh year, the North Capital Partner Summit is a one-day, invitation-only gathering of real estate sponsors, fund managers, issuers and the advisors who work with them. North Capital funds the event itself, so there is no admission fee and no paid panels.
Practitioner-led sessions cover distribution, digital infrastructure, artificial intelligence and regulatory developments, running through the day and closing with an evening reception. The organizers describe the intent plainly: a high-signal day among people who do the work, not a vendor showcase.
