KKR’s Infrastructure and Private Equity Conglomerates Each Draw About $250 Million
Counted alongside their offshore sister funds, the two K-Series complexes have now sold more than $15 billion and $18 billion of interests respectively since 2023.
August 28, 2026

KKR‘s two flagship private wealth conglomerates each pulled in roughly a quarter of a billion dollars in their August subscription cycle, with KKR Infrastructure Conglomerate LLC selling $247.7 million of shares and KKR Private Equity Conglomerate LLC selling $255.7 million. Both vehicles priced the tranche on August 3, 2026, and finalized share counts on August 21.
Where The Money Went
The infrastructure vehicle sold across three classes:
- Class I-Series 1: 4,675,925 shares for $144.0 million
- Class S: 3,087,667 shares for $95.1 million
- Class D: 276,368 shares for $8.5 million
The private equity vehicle spread its raise across four:
- Class I-Series 1: 3,872,406 shares for $139.0 million
- Class U: 2,787,290 shares for $98.2 million
- Class D: 332,251 shares for $11.8 million
- Class S: 188,090 shares for $6.6 million
In both cases the money concentrated in Class I-Series 1, the redesignated original Class I tranche created when the two vehicles restructured their Class I offerings into a four-series framework earlier this summer. Sales were placed under Section 4(a)(2), relying on Regulation D for accredited investors and Regulation S for subscribers outside the United States.
Cumulative Totals Continue To Diverge
Fundraising across the two programs keeps tilting in the private equity vehicle’s favor. The infrastructure conglomerate has now sold approximately $7,773 million of shares since launching on June 1, 2023. The private equity conglomerate, which began two months later on August 1, 2023, has sold approximately $10,611 million.
The K-Series Platforms
Neither figure captures the full commercial picture, because both vehicles invest alongside offshore KKR-managed funds that share broadly similar objectives and structures. Counted together as the Infrastructure K-Series Platform, the infrastructure complex sold $533 million of interests on August 3 and has sold approximately $15,238 million since inception. The Private Equity K-Series Platform sold $380 million in the month and has reached approximately $18,083 million.
Those platform totals are gross. They exclude share repurchases by any constituent vehicle and exclude shares issued through distribution reinvestment plans, so they describe capital raised rather than net asset growth or current scale.
What It Means For Allocators
For advisors tracking entry pricing, the private equity vehicle most recently reported transactional net asset values across ten share classes ranging from roughly $34 to nearly $37 per share. Neither conglomerate lists securities on a national exchange, and both continue to sell shares on a monthly cycle under continuous private offerings, leaving the K-Series structure as the mechanism through which KKR channels non-US and US private wealth demand into the same underlying infrastructure and buyout assets.
