(NASDAQ: MDRR) (the “Company” or “Medalist”), a Virginia-based sponsor of Delaware Statutory Trusts , announced MDI Pilot Point Net Lease DST (the “Offering”), the third offering under its DST platform. The Offering provides the opportunity to acquire a beneficial interest in a15,104-square-foot collision repair facility on a 1.65-acre site at 8600 US-377 in Pilot Point, Texas, which was acquired by the DST on September 17, 2026. Exercise is not assured and may not occur.
