EQT Infrastructure Vehicle Tops $1 Billion Raised as September Sales Add $104 Million
Class A-I again supplied most of the month’s capital, and September’s intake outpaced the vehicle’s August subscription.

EQT Infrastructure Company LLC has pushed its continuous private offering past the $1 billion mark, taking in approximately $104.4 million from third-party investors in sales effective September 1. The latest intake lifts the vehicle’s cumulative total to roughly $1.008 billion since it opened to investors on February 1, 2026.
The September figure is up from the roughly $84.8 million raised in the August subscription, which had carried the inception total past $900 million.
Where the money landed
Shares were priced at each class’s transactional net asset value, the same measure the vehicle uses when it sells and repurchases shares. Final counts were set on September 22, once transactional net asset value per share as of August 31 had been calculated. In all, the vehicle issued roughly 3.69 million shares across six classes.
Class A-I again drew the bulk of the money, with about 2.60 million shares sold for approximately $74.9 million. The rest was spread across five other classes:
- Class A-S — roughly $12.5 million
- Class M-I — roughly $7.1 million
- Class M-S — roughly $6.7 million
- Class M-S-TE — roughly $2.1 million
- Class M-I-TE — roughly $1.2 million
The month’s flows landed in the same six classes that took in money in August, with no new class drawing capital.
Still an accredited-investor product
As in prior months, the shares were sold under the private placement exemption in Section 4(a)(2) of the Securities Act. Domestic sales went to accredited investors under Regulation D, while non-U.S. investors subscribed under Regulation S. For advisors, that means U.S. access remains limited to clients who qualify as accredited investors.
The vehicle continues to report as an emerging growth company. The report was signed by Bethany Oleynick, the company’s legal director and secretary.
