Connetic Ventures Capital

The Connetic Venture Capital Access Fund (VCAFX) is an SEC-registered, closed-end interval fund managed by Connetic RIA LLC that gives investors diversified access to private, venture-backed technology companies. Rather than relying on traditional VC gatekeeping, VCAFX uses a proprietary AI-driven sourcing platform called Wendal® to evaluate opportunities at scale, building a portfolio of 100+ (currently 158) portfolio companies spanning stages from pre-seed to late stage. As of June 30, 2026, the fund held roughly $43.6 million in net assets, with a $2,500 minimum investment, daily NAV pricing, and simplified 1099 tax reporting instead of the K-1s typical of direct VC fund interests.

The fund is built around a structural thesis: companies are staying private longer, more value creation is happening before IPO, and the number of U.S. public companies has shrunk significantly since the 1990s — all of which have left most investors locked out of where returns are increasingly generated. VCAFX addresses this with an interval fund structure offering quarterly repurchase opportunities (targeted at ~5% of outstanding shares), no performance/carry fees, and institutional oversight under the Investment Company Act of 1940. That said, shares aren’t exchange-listed, redemptions are capped and not guaranteed, and the fund is explicitly positioned for long-term investors comfortable with the illiquidity and risk inherent in early-stage venture investing.
