EQT Infrastructure Vehicle Crosses $900 Million Raised in Under Seven Months
Class A-I again absorbed most of the month’s subscription, while per-share marks across the vehicle’s share classes spanned $25.14 to $29.22.

EQT Infrastructure Company LLC has pushed the money raised in its continuous private offering past $900 million, taking in roughly $84.8 million from third-party investors effective August 1 and lifting its cumulative total since inception to approximately $903.6 million.
The vehicle opened to investors on February 1, 2026, meaning it has gathered better than $900 million in under seven months. Final share counts for the August subscription were settled on August 19, once EQT Partners Inc., the manager, struck the vehicle’s transactional net asset value per share as of July 31. Roughly 3.01 million shares were issued across six classes, each priced at the transactional net asset value for its class, the same measure the vehicle uses when it repurchases shares.
Where the money landed
Class A-I again accounted for the bulk of the intake at about $58.6 million. The remainder was spread across five other classes:
- Class A-S — roughly $11.8 million
- Class M-S — roughly $7.5 million
- Class M-I — roughly $3.5 million
- Class M-S-TE — roughly $2.5 million
- Class M-I-TE — roughly $832,000
The shares were sold under the private placement exemption in Section 4(a)(2) of the Securities Act, with accredited domestic investors subscribing under Regulation D and non-U.S. investors under Regulation S. That keeps the vehicle in the accredited-investor lane rather than the registered non-traded channel, even as it files current reports with the SEC — a distinction that governs which of an advisor’s clients can access it.
The July 31 marks
The manager also published transactional net asset values as of July 31 for eleven share classes. Marks ranged from $25.14 for Class M-S-TE shares to $29.22 for the Class H, Q and T shares. Class A-I, the best-selling class, was struck at $28.66 and Class I at $28.50. No Class D or Class S shares were outstanding at the measurement date.
Five of the eleven classes carrying a July 31 mark drew no new money in the August subscription, a reminder that the vehicle’s class structure is broader than the slice of it currently open to monthly flows.
The latest month continues a fundraising run that had already carried the vehicle past $800 million the month before. The report was signed by Bethany Oleynick, the company’s legal director and secretary.
