Power and Fuels Dominate the Portfolio

Cumulative Raise Tops $7.7 Billion
To date, the continuous private offering has issued about 309.5 million shares for total consideration of $7,705.0 million. That count excludes reinvestment-plan shares and reflects transfers between classes. Class I accounts for $5,346.8 million of the total, and the fund intends to keep selling shares monthly.
The fund charges no upfront sales load. Selling agents may impose one of up to 2.0% of NAV on Class D and Class N shares and up to 3.5% on Class S shares. Class I shares carry no upfront load. The report was signed by Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer Christina Oh.
