KKR Private Equity Conglomerate Raises $268 Million, Outpacing Infrastructure Sibling
Monthly flows moved in opposite directions for the two vehicles, with the private equity program raising more than in August while the infrastructure program raised less.
September 24, 2026

KKR Private Equity Conglomerate LLC took in $268.2 million from its September subscription cycle, pulling ahead of sister vehicle KKR Infrastructure Conglomerate LLC, which sold $205.3 million of shares in the same round. Both vehicles sold the tranche on September 1, 2026, and finalized share counts on September 21.
The September round moved the two vehicles in opposite directions. In August, the infrastructure conglomerate raised $247.7 million and the private equity conglomerate $255.7 million.
Class Breakdown
The private equity vehicle spread its raise across four share classes:
- Class I-Series 1: 3,877,390 shares for $140.2 million
- Class U: 3,024,379 shares for $107.3 million
- Class D: 365,416 shares for $13.1 million
- Class S: 214,790 shares for $7.6 million
The infrastructure vehicle sold across three:
- Class I-Series 1: 4,099,254 shares for $126.7 million
- Class S: 2,368,745 shares for $73.2 million
- Class D: 176,345 shares for $5.4 million
Class I-Series 1 again drew the largest share of dollars in both programs. It is the redesignated original Class I tranche created when the two vehicles restructured their Class I offerings into a four-series framework this summer. The sales were made under Section 4(a)(2), with Regulation D covering accredited investors and Regulation S covering non-U.S. subscribers.
Cumulative Totals
Cumulative fundraising continues to favor the private equity program. The infrastructure conglomerate has sold approximately $7,979 million of shares since its June 1, 2023 inception. The private equity conglomerate, which launched August 1, 2023, has sold approximately $10,879 million.
The K-Series Platforms
Both vehicles invest alongside KKR-managed funds organized outside the United States that partially share their objectives, structures and strategies. Counted together as the Infrastructure K-Series Platform, the infrastructure complex sold approximately $519 million of interests on September 1 and has sold approximately $15,757 million since inception. The Private Equity K-Series Platform sold approximately $380 million in the round and has reached approximately $18,465 million.
Those platform figures are gross. They exclude share repurchases by any of the constituent vehicles and shares issued through distribution reinvestment plans, so they measure capital raised rather than net asset growth.
Separately, the private equity vehicle recently expanded its revolving credit facility to $1.325 billion of committed capacity and extended its maturity to 2029.
