Connetic Ventures Capital

The Connetic Venture Capital Access Fund (VCAFX) is an SEC-registered, closed-end interval fund managed by Connetic RIA LLC that gives investors diversified access to private, venture-backed technology companies. As of June 30, 2026, the fund held roughly $43.6 million in net assets, with a $2,500 minimum investment, daily NAV pricing, and simplified 1099 tax reporting instead of the K-1s typical of direct VC fund interests.
