Hancock Park Corporate Income, Inc. (HPCI) is a non-diversified, closed-end business development company that invests in middle-market companies based in the United States. Rather than acting as a traditional lender, the firm takes a disciplined, credit-based approach to providing financing alternatives for businesses that conventional banks tend to underserve, backing transactions such as recapitalizations and refinancings, management buyouts and LBOs, acquisition financings, shareholder liquidity events, ESOPs, and growth capital.
