Inland Securities Corporation Promotes Daniel Gawley to Senior Vice President, Private Capital
Gawley, a 12-year Inland veteran, will serve as the Southern California point of contact for the firm’s DST, 721 exchange and qualified opportunity zone strategies in a territory that has raised more than $1.66 billion in equity over the past decade.

OAK BROOK, Ill. (September 25, 2026) – Inland Securities Corporation (“ISC”), the exclusive dealer manager and placement agent for real estate investment programs offered by Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation and its affiliates (“Inland Investments” or the “Company”), today announced the promotion of Dan Gawley, a 12-year Inland veteran, to senior vice president, private capital, for the Southern California territory. In this role, Dan will work alongside Charles Jensen, managing director, western division; Frank Felix, internal wholesaler; and Skylar Gautier, vice president. Over the last decade, the Southern California territory has raised more than $1.66 billion in equity.
Expanded Role in Southern California
As a specialist and primary point of contact in Southern California for Inland Investments’ Delaware statutory trust (“DST”), 721 exchange and qualified opportunity zone (“QOZ”) strategies, Dan will focus on educating financial professionals, their clients and certified public accountants on tax-advantaged real estate investment solutions.

Dan earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from Benedictine University. He currently holds the Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
